Vishay Intertechnology published a new white light scattering 3mm LED ---VLHW4100, and mass production

Days ago, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc launched a new white light, without scattering of the 3mm led - VLHW4100, the LED is optimized for high-end applications, can meet the high requirements of application of luminous intensity.

VLHW4100 with no impurities, colorless plastic shell and a lens, perspective for plus or minus 22.5 degrees, with high light output and visual performance. Using the ultra bright InGaN technology, the luminous intensity at 20mA current is 4500mcd to 11250mcd. With high luminous intensity, VLHW4100 can replace the incandescent lamp, and is ready to go to various generic and custom applications, including indoor and outdoor lighting, outdoor lighting, LED panel indicator, and instrument and front panel lights.

Thermal resistance of the device to the 400K/W low power dissipation, high up to 95mW. The half intensity angle of the device is 22.5 degrees, and the luminous intensity and the color of each package are consistent according to the luminous situation. LED can withstand 2kV ESD voltage, comply with the JESD22-A114-B specification, and comply with the RoHS directive 2002/95/EC.

At present, the new VLHW4100 LED can now provide samples, and has achieved mass production.
