PHILPS lighting division (PhilipsLighting) launched a new LexELLED lighting system, and thus into the entertainment market. The LED solution can be used in a wide variety of applications, including television studios, theatres, large performances and architectural lighting.
LexelLED lighting system consists of LED module and the special LED chip, its unique design allows the equipment suppliers (OEM) can be integrated it into the optical device, heat sink, wiring and user interface facilities. At the Berlin audio and video show (Showtech), ADB, a device maker, unveiled a sky screen device based on the LexelLED lighting system.
The color of the LexelLED module is adjustable (RGBW), due to the formation of light in the mixing chamber, to ensure a very uniform light output, so you no longer have to worry about the color of the shadow or visible monochromatic problem. In addition, the closed-loop system makes the module's color effect consistency is very high, so it can be realized at any time and keep it in some color you want. When we use a variety of different devices, it is important to ensure the consistency of color between them.
In order to maximize the flexibility, the system can be controlled by DMX different modes, such as color adjustable RGB mode, white light adjustable CCT mode. In CCT mode, you can control the white light color temperature in the range of 2700K to 6500K, the color rendering index (CRI) can be higher than 80.
