Maxim launched the first integrated audio amplifier and 2 LDO LED charge

MAX8821 integrates a white LED charge pump, an audio amplifier, and two low noise controls due to a I2C control interface to the LDO. High efficiency, adaptive mode inverting charge pump can drive up to 6 constant current LED. LED current is controlled by a I2C interface and each LED can be adjusted in the range of 0.1mA to 25.6mA. Each LED has an independent voltage. The internal temperature degradation function reduces the current by more than 40 degrees to protect the LED. MAX8821 with soft start, overheating closed, open circuit and short circuit protection and provides a compact 28 pin Thin QFN 4mm x 4mm package.
