It is reported that the base will mainly support the two core businesses of vehicle-mounted light source chips and new display light source chips, and produce automotive-grade vertical, flip-chip structure high-end light source chips and MiniLED chips. It is expected to achieve mass production of flip-chip and vertical chip products by the end of December this year. After the production line reaches full production, it will achieve a 4-inch wafer production capacity of 10,000 pieces/month, and the monthly output and shipment of MiniLED light source modules will reach 30,000 units/month.
According to data, Huayinxin was founded in 2017 and is a high-end LED chip and light source supplier founded by an overseas team. The company's independently developed flip-chip LED chips, vertical LED chips, high-voltage LED chips and Mini/Micro LED chips are widely used in automotive lighting, ultraviolet light sources and display backlight markets.
In terms of Mini LED, Huayinxin has currently invested in and built a number of complete Mini LED production lines in Wuhan, Zhangjiagang and other places, covering the design, manufacturing and sales of the entire industry chain of Mini LED "chip-packaging and testing-module".
In the automotive field, Huayinxin has a one-stop vehicle light source solution from chips, packaging, modules to terminal applications, covering automotive lighting, vehicle lidar, vehicle backlight display, etc., and has cooperated with many well-known automobile manufacturers.
In March this year, Huayinxin announced the launch of the new 102 Pixcell ADB matrix light source module, which uses a self-developed automotive-grade high-light-efficiency flip-chip, combined with advanced CSP packaging and testing technology, and ceramic-based hot-pressed eutectic technology.
In addition, Huayinxin is also actively exploring the Micro LED and UVC LED markets. Last year, Huayinxin successively released 0.4-inch Micro LED module products integrating 129,600 pixels; it released all-inorganic UVC LED high-light efficiency products, with WPE increased to 6%.
