Flash programmable LED flash device FAN5646 to solve the problem of driving single line LED design

The Fairchild company (Fairchild Semiconductor) LED flash programmable device FAN5646, mobile phone, ultra portable equipment, consumer products and industrial / embedded system designers can easily program the flash LED solutions, to create more excellent visual experience. FAN5646 uses a proprietary TinyWire single line digital interface, which can be programmed to create a unique LED flash speed and pattern, and can be operated continuously without a microcontroller. Flash programming in LED connect LED to LDO including the traditional voltage regulator, or the use of a FET lithium battery, but the implementation of these two schemes are in need of a microprocessor to program the flashing pattern and micro controller needs to operate continuously to maintain the pattern of the battery current consumption. In contrast, when the FAN5646 is enabled, the LED flash patterns can be played continuously until the microcontroller sends out instructions to stop, greatly reducing power consumption.
