China has developed a large area of white OLEDs

In the national high technology research and development program (863 Program) technology projects "the new material of semiconductor lighting project", the research team studied Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry Chinese Ma Dongge researcher leadership recently developed a white OLEDs lighting plate 20 square centimeters, the device shows the lighting quality is very good, can meet the application requirements of indoor lighting, the successful development of China marks the white OLEDs to the practical one step closer.
