China Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute display LED backlight adjustment new technology

China Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute recently demonstrated a new white balance adjustment technology to extend LED backlighting in large size LCD TV or a public display of life.

LED backlight used in 1000 hours after the performance began to decline. New technology can monitor the performance of the LED backlight and make adjustments to maintain color rich. Because the human eye is more sensitive to the distinction between the high end and the large size panel, this technology is well suited for large size TVs or public displays,

China Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute said it is applying for 5 patents and is working with the Taiwan panel manufacturers to discuss further cooperation.
