Wang Donglei "jump" Elec-Tech will fully take over NVC

Last weekend, LED chip production capacity de Ho Runda announced that the board has received the resignation of the actual controller submitted by Wang Donglei, Wang Donglei will no longer serve as general manager of de Ho Runda.

De Ho Runda's announcement shows that due to the recent NVC board of directors appointed Wang Donglei as interim CEO post, according to the relevant provisions, Wang Donglei not concurrently general manager de Ho Runda, the general manager resigned. From August 16th onwards, the resignation takes effect, general manager, vice chairman Li Huating by BDO Runda successor, the board will appoint a new general manager as soon as possible.

It is understood that after Wang Donglei is Elec-Tech actual controller, chairman concurrently general manager, December 2012, by absorbing Wu Changjiang personal shares, has become the largest shareholder of NVC, in April 2013 officially became chairman of NVC. In August 8th this year, NVC board announcement, said it would recall the post of CEO Wu Changjiang, replaced by Wang Donglei as interim CEO. It is reported that the company executives have the duty of prohibition of business strife, in accordance with the provisions of article 149th of company law, without the consent of the shareholders' meeting, business executives can not self or others business with the company for the same. Wang Donglei's former general manager de Ho Runda may be preparing for full take over NVC.
