PHILPS lighting received two hundred million orders

British student apartment (Unite Students) is the UK's largest operator of student hostels, recently, PHILPS lighting said it had signed a contract with the agency to install LED lighting. The total contract price of twenty-one million pounds (about RMB two hundred and twenty million), of which $9 million 600 thousand funded by Unite Students, the rest of the funds provided by the United Kingdom joint venture partners. Contract plan will enhance the lighting quality of the entire Unite Students property in the next two years. The contract will provide more than 23 towns and cities in the United Kingdom and the construction of 41000 students to improve physical space and energy efficiency savings.

Is expected to install more than 300 thousand new lamps and 85000 sensors and dimmer, and is expected to be completed in return in five years after the upgrade of the contract including lighting, corridor, kitchen, room, lounge and reception sites, as well as outdoor area lighting LED. Each student bedroom will also be equipped with dimmer and PHILPS LivingColors color lights.
