OSRAM and ASUS "bar" why?

[LED] recently, OSRAM announced that in the patent infringement lawsuit against Taiwan consumer electronics manufacturer ASUS, won the first instance verdict.

OSRAM claims that some white LED used in ASUS's first generation of Nexus 7 Tablet PC violated its patent in Germany DE 19655185. Dusseldorf district court awarded OSRAM an injunction, and ruled that ASUS must compensate for the loss caused by patent infringement to OSRAM. ASUS filed an appeal against the verdict, while OSRAM started to enforce.

In the proceedings, ASUS did not refute the issue of patent infringement. ASUS computer used by the east of the LED photoelectric manufacturing. East Germany in the German Federal Patent Court filed OSRAM patent (DE 19655185) invalid lawsuit, then, ASUS filed a lawsuit to the Dusseldorf district court, but was dismissed. Dusseldorf district court believes that OSRAM patent (DE 19655185) is unlikely to be revoked. As for the patent invalid lawsuit filed by the East, the German Federal Patent Court has not made a final ruling.

Due to the failure to reach a settlement with ASUS and East, OSRAM has also filed in the Dusseldorf district court to ASUS three other patent infringement litigation. (Chinese LED net Flora)
