National Center for foreign aid LED project started bidding

Recently, the central state organs of Government Procurement Center organized by the national development and Reform Commission to respond to climate change in foreign materials donated items - the Prime Minister of Barbados LED lamp project started bidding.

According to the relevant work arrangements, in 2014 the national development and Reform Commission intends to send a number of LED lights to the prime minister's office in Barbados, Barbados to help improve its ability to respond to climate change.

The tender for the government of the Prime Minister of Barbados 25000 18WLEDT8 lamps and spare parts supply, origin and export customs clearance, transportation, packaging and overseas technical training. The project does not allow agents to bid. The project also requires bidders to provide 10% of the products as a substitute for the use of after-sales service. The project budget of 3 million yuan, the total bid price exceeds the budget limit bidders bid will be rejected. The bidder shall submit a sample of the LEDT8 lamp tube used for bidding.

The project uses the comprehensive scoring method, the tender enterprise credit, performance, product quality, after-sales service, price and other factors as the basis for the evaluation, the comprehensive selection of the best bidding program. The final score of each bidder is the average of all the judges' scores. The project does not require bidders to provide the materials for installation, but the need to provide at least 2 technical installation personnel of not less than 3 days of technical guidance and training, to ensure that consumers understand the installation and use of technology to achieve accessibility.
