LED lighting company Inmars Group intends to acquire Osaka plot layout homestay

On July 1, Inmas Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Project Across Company Limited, had signed an agreement with Japanese Real Estate Co., Ltd. on June 30 to acquire land with an area of approximately 103.12 square meters in Dongcheng District, Osaka, Japan, for 42.3 million yen (approximately HK$2.2842 million).

The land parcel is specifically located at 46-89, 46-90, 46-105 and 49-12, Nakamoto 5-chome, Higashi-ku, Osaka City, with a registered land area of approximately 103.12 square meters. The seller is a Japanese property investment company, and its ultimate beneficial owner is Lu Taiyi.

When making the decision to acquire the property, the Board of Directors of Inmas considered a number of factors, including the continued attractiveness of the Osaka real estate market, the superior location of the land, convenient transportation, which is suitable for developing and operating a homestay business, and the low exchange rate of the Japanese yen against the Hong Kong dollar in recent years. Therefore, the Board of Directors is optimistic about the medium to long-term capital appreciation prospects brought about by this acquisition.
