For the innovation and development of the LED industry, we encourage joint innovation or collaborative innovation, the purpose is not only to benefit a single enterprise, but to benefit the industry as a whole. So in recent years in the innovation work, we led to the application of enterprises, promote the packaging enterprises, the upstream chip enterprises, enterprises involved in the material, is hoping to put up with the application of the scale of the whole industry, through the application to resolve the current so-called "stage of overcapacity problem. Only in this way can we achieve the win-win situation of the whole industry. Including chip manufacturing enterprises led, to promote innovation in domestic equipment and materials industry, but also for this purpose.

At the same time, we encourage innovation, but also want to be part of the low-end part of the production capacity to high-end guidance, to complete the adjustment of industrial structure. This year we support about 20 innovative projects, the total funds of about 200 million yuan, has been publicized on the Ministry of Finance website, that is, through the way of joint innovation to closely link the upstream and downstream industry chain. To improve product quality as a breakthrough
