LED Industry Innovation Forum: to build international discourse power

2013 Guangdong Taiwan LED industry collaborative innovation forum recently held successfully in Shenzhen. The government and business circles elite more than and 300 representatives gathered from three places, with a "global LED industry chain cooperation development" as the theme, the new cooperation and jointly explore new opportunities in the post financial crisis era of Guangdong Hong Kong and Taiwan, in order to promote the China LED industry ranks among the world.

LED industry is one of the three major breakthrough in the current Guangdong Province, the development of strategic emerging industries. In recent years, Guangdong science and Technology Department to independent innovation as the main line, to explore the establishment of a new mechanism and new mode of collaborative innovation, promote the core technology research and application demonstration "two market breakthrough", to achieve sustained and rapid development of LED industry. 2012 Guangdong LED output value reached 21 million 700 thousand yuan, the output value and scale continue to rank first in the country. However, in the rapid development of industry at the same time, the problems also obviously, such as some of the core technology and key equipment or product market awareness and heteronomy, LED acceptance is not high.

Participants agreed that the Guangdong Hong Kong LED Collaborative Innovation Forum will to some extent promote the innovation alliance Guangdong Hong Kong and Taiwan LED industry development, strengthen cooperation to promote the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Taiwan three in industrial investment, technical cooperation, patent sharing, supplier relationship and other aspects, to achieve complementary advantages, actively cope with the international challenges, to create the LED industry international discourse.
