Jiuliang shares plan to change company name and registered address

On July 5, Jiuliang Shares issued an announcement announcing that the company planned to change the company name, registered address and amend the company's articles of association.

The announcement shows that Jiuliang Co., Ltd. plans to change the company name from "Guangdong Jiuliang Co., Ltd." to "Hubei Jiuliang Co., Ltd." and its English name from "Guangdong DP Co., Ltd." to "Hubei DP Co., Ltd.". After the company name is changed, the securities abbreviation "Jiuliang Shares" and the securities code "300808" remain unchanged.

Jiuliang Co., Ltd. stated that the company's legal entity has not changed. The cooperation previously carried out in the name of "Guangdong Jiuliang Co., Ltd." continues to be valid. The signed contract will not be affected by the name change and will still be performed as agreed.

In addition, in order to meet the company's development needs and based on the company's actual operating conditions, the company plans to change its registered address from "16th Floor, Yikai Building, No. 1637 Beitai Road, Guangzhou Private Science and Technology Park, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City" to "15th Floor, Comprehensive Service Building, No. 88 Yanjiang Avenue, Chengguan Town, Yunyang District, Shiyan City".

Since the company's registered address will be moved from Guangdong Province to Shiyan City, Hubei Province, the company name needs to be changed from "Guangdong Jiuliang Co., Ltd." to "Hubei Jiuliang Co., Ltd." and the English name needs to be changed from "Guangdong DP Co., Ltd." to "Hubei DP Co., Ltd." simultaneously.

Jiuliang shares stated that after the subsequent change of registered address, the company's original production site and office space will not undergo major changes, and the core management team and production personnel configuration will remain stable, which will not have an adverse impact on the company's normal production, operation and management.
