Jiangxi Jutong Semiconductor LED project equipment has arrived and will be put into trial production soon

Recently, the project construction of Jiangxi Jutong Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. located in Jiangxi Changjiang Industrial Park has made progress. The company's equipment has entered the site and will soon enter the stages of equipment debugging and calibration, clean workshop environment testing and material preparation to prepare for subsequent trial production.

The total investment in the project is about 150 million yuan, and it is planned to introduce 50 intelligent LED lighting production and packaging lines and 20 IC semiconductor packaging lines, equipped with fully automatic patch machines, imported wire bonding machines, high-precision spectroscopic and color separation machines and other equipment. At the same time, the project will be equipped with 10 R&D and testing equipment to ensure product quality.

According to the plan, the project is expected to achieve a total output value of 700 to 800 million yuan within 5 years after it is put into operation, with a total tax payment of about 26 million yuan, and the output value target in 2026 is about 90 million yuan.

The company's products cover the fields of home lighting, commercial lighting, outdoor lighting, ultra-high-definition LED displays, LED lamps and module assembly, and are exported to South Africa, Morocco, Brazil, the Middle East, Bangladesh and other countries. The company's domestic products are mainly distributed in Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian and other regions.
