Honglitronic intends to increase 50 million wholly-owned subsidiary smalite

Honglitronic November 24th evening announcement, the company intends to own funds to the wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen smalite optoelectronics Co., Ltd. After the completion of the capital increase, the registered capital of the Ismail was increased from 6 million yuan to 56 million yuan.
