According to disclosures, the company plans to use self-raised funds to acquire 300 acres of land to invest in the construction of an LED industry base in the Linkong Economic Zone Management Committee Park of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, and reserve 300 acres at the same time for a three-year reservation period. The project plans to invest 1.009 billion yuan. The base mainly develops, produces and sells LED packaging devices and LED lighting application products.
It is reported that Hongli Optoelectronics plans to establish a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Hongli Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Hongli will be responsible for bidding for 300 acres of land use rights, factory construction, and production and sales of some LED products. The production and sales of the remaining LED products in the Nanchang LED Industry Base will be implemented by the company's subsidiaries for business relocation or the establishment of subsidiaries. Jiangxi Hongli has a registered capital of 100 million yuan, which is funded by Hongli Optoelectronics with self-raised funds.
The Nanchang LED Industry Base has a construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters. The company plans to invest 1.009 billion yuan. The first phase construction area is approximately 100,000 square meters. The base mainly develops, produces, and sells LED packaging devices and LED lighting application products. Product applications include general lighting, backlights, automotive signals/lighting, special lighting, displays, and other fields. In the future, this base will become the company's only leading business development center and production base in addition to the existing base in Guangzhou.
The announcement stated that after the project reaches full production, it is expected to achieve an average annual operating income of 1,583.7486 million yuan and an average annual net profit of 109.19 million yuan.
