According to estimates by TrendForce, the Mini LED market size will increase significantly in TV applications in the next four years. Mini TV shipments are expected to reach US$486 million in 2028, with a compound growth rate of 31% from 2023 to 2028.

Returning to the essence of packaging, in terms of basic technological innovation: developing small and medium-sized microstructure designs, increasing the light-emitting angle and brightness uniformity of LEDs by implementing diversified structural designs on the packaging colloid surface, and reducing the number of chips on the same board, thereby effectively reducing costs. The second COB blue light cross-light board + QD TV solution optimizes the board utilization rate for projects above OD12 and reduces costs by 30% to 40%.

The third option is the large-size COB blue light strip + QD TV solution, which mainly focuses on cost reduction. Its overall cost is 60% lower than that of the entire light panel. The company has completed a fully automatic 1.2m production line and will soon expand production on a large scale.

In terms of direct display products: Hongli's standard product "Hongping" series features ultra-thin and light design, high contrast and ultimate matte black.
