3 blue light hazard level and corresponding requirements

(1) blue light hazard level

According to the GB/T 20145-2006 blue light retinal damage can be classified as:

4) high risk (Class 3) (>4 x 106W x SR-1 x m-2): lamp in a short instant cause harm.

(2) the corresponding judgment requirements

According to IECEE CTL resolution DSH 0744:

1) brightness is less than 10000cd/m2, and only when the visible light, do not need to press GB/T 20145-2006 hazard classification, can be classified as no danger level, can be used directly. If the brightness is greater than 10000cd/m2, it shall be treated in accordance with the following 2 or 3.
