Light is essential for the production of agricultural biological environment, light environment control is modern agriculture especially agricultural facilities to deal with weak light and sunlight, according to the regulation of biological growth and yield formation, increase agricultural production efficiency, increase the important agronomic measures of agricultural products output. It is the key link of the development of the modern controllable agriculture to provide the suitable light environment condition, and with the air pollution and the increase of the quantity demanded of the urban and rural residents to the high quality agricultural products, it becomes more and more important and urgent. In view of the current problems of agricultural technology in China is weak, the lighting light source device, the price is not high, the electric light source products research and development and application of the channel is not smooth, the low rate of LED lighting products, application of solid-state light source is difficult, it is necessary to build the platform of national exchanges, strengthen joint scientific research institutes, colleges and universities and the lighting between enterprises. The promotion of agricultural products lighting technology transfer and the renewal of equipment and application, and gradually establish agricultural lighting products evaluation and measurement standard system, improve agricultural lighting for the development of modern agriculture science and technology contribution rate.
