It seems from the initial situation of this research, some demonstration projects have achieved positive results in terms of scale and quality; LED application fields and expanding the scope of products, production enterprises in the profitability and the ability of technological innovation has made significant progress; some places in the pilot project process has also established a "development pattern of enterprise + user + finance", have gained valuable experience in EMC mode of operation; especially in the field of lighting the controversial research, a number of new street demonstration project in the light effect, uniform illumination, color and other aspects were the professional evaluation positive, although the future still need to the test of time, but the progress is obvious.

At the same time, some problems found in the investigation can not be ignored, such as promotion policy and guidance has not been issued; some local governments blindly take "market for investment" to attract LED enterprises, resulting in a narrow range of product selection, product price is not high, resulting in duplication of investment; with science and technology and the construction, development and Reform Commission and other departments are still there are some obstacles, the future still need to intensify efforts to form a joint force; some parts of the EMC project is still a lack of financing platform, business model still remains to be explored; in addition, the lack of LED products in the specifications on the interface standard, is the urgent need to solve the problem.

Deputy Secretary General of China national semiconductor lighting engineering research and Industry Alliance chairman Geng Bo said, according to the specifications and interface of industry in front of the most urgent needs to solve, the Union has standard interface specifications listed as an important research direction, the future alliance will also improve the information release platform, product catalog, better interface specification standard done.
