At present, China's LED export industry is facing a new round of foreign technical barriers, which has a great impact on LED export industry. Statistics show that since 2012, the United States, the European Union, Japan and other countries and regions have implemented LED industry standards. In February 1st this year, the European Union stipulates that all access to the European Union must strengthen the EMF (electromagnetic) aspects of testing. Recently, the EU issued the "Regulations" of the new energy efficiency requirements of LED lighting products, since September 1st this year, all exports to Europe LED lighting products must meet the new energy efficiency standards, and in September 1st this year, September 1, 2014 and September 1, 2016 three phases to improve energy efficiency standards of LED lighting products.
Continuous introduction of technical barriers to China's LED export industry has a significant impact: first, increase the risk of export enterprises. The gradual improvement of technical standards led to an increase in the rate of export products, export risk increased significantly. The products exported to the EU as an example, from January 2013 to June, the EU RAPEX briefing involving lighting products in China since 54, and the LED lamp 19, accounting for 35.18% of the total reported lamps, an increase of 23.61%; two is the rise in the cost of enterprise. With the EU "LED lighting products of the new energy efficiency regulations" as an example, in the second phase of the implementation of the new regulations, that after September 1, 2014, the efficiency index of more than 0.2 LED lights to enter the EU market, equivalent to 2.2 times the national standard requirements, each specification product certification and sampling costs are in more than million yuan LED, led directly to the production of lamps cost more than 20%. The United States LED lamp rated life test takes about 9 to 12 months to extend the access time of LED products.
To this end, the inspection and quarantine departments suggested: first, enterprises should strengthen the construction of the core technology, studying market related laws, regulations and standards, good technical trade measures to deal with the work; two is the establishment of internationally approved testing laboratory, reduce the detection cost and the cost of the enterprise; the three is to actively explore new markets in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, to reduce dependence on the European market.
