Today I'm very happy to share with us at the London Business School in NVC China and overseas market experience.

From the beginning of 1998, we use 1 million yuan investment in 15 years, the NVC do today's scale, it can be said that in China, even in the whole Asia we are the largest lighting company. This speed is fast enough for many people. But we look back, this process is actually very long. We have been thinking about it, since China's reform and opening up, China has a lot of opportunities, but why we caught, and other companies did not seize? My feeling is that any success or failure is inevitable.

China's reform and opening up 30 years to create the economic miracle, which is inevitable, and only China can do, and other countries, is not impossible, but it is difficult to do.

We look at the situation at that time, the initial stage of reform, the market is blank, as long as the courage to do, the chances of success are great. It can be said that any commodity is in short supply, and low labor costs, the country has preferential tax policy, tax rebates, and so on, many Chinese goods abroad is a natural competitive advantage.

When I am abroad, I often hear foreigners complain that we Chinese people use cheap dumping, grab the western market, access to a huge trade surplus. I think this statement is very one-sided. China is low wages, low labor costs, this is a fact, and we export commodities, many of which are labor-intensive industries products. The west to take their weaknesses with our strengths than China, natural than. In turn, in many high-tech fields, they blocked China, they do not have their own advantages to compare with us, it is normal to lose the opportunity.

So today I am very deep, regardless of the success of the reform and opening up of the enterprise, or the success of China's economy, it is inevitable. Today, China's economy has developed, although there are a lot of complaints about the system, the one party system, as well as freedom of expression, but this system is necessary in a particular historical period. From this point of view of the enterprise I feel particularly deep.

When I was a child of this generation of Chinese people are listening to people say, there is no Communist Party, there is no new China, when we are listening, followed by the letter. Later, after college, I began to wonder, in the end is not the Communist Party really no new china". And to this day, I firmly believe that "there will be no new China without the Communist party". One party system, although there is a bad side, but the decision quickly, as companies in the early days, human and financial resources are limited, this time if you think he is a hero, to centralization of power, to ensure the implementation, to seize the opportunity, ahead of the competition. Without substance, freedom is virtual.

Looking back on our reform and opening up, although the economy has achieved great success, but we pay a lot of price, such as environmental costs, integrity issues, etc.. In recent Chinese enterprise brand on the list, with 8 billion yuan of NVC brand value ranked 216, but not all China lighting brand ranking. Since 2009, NVC has been the preferred brand of the lighting industry, I can say that in the lighting industry, no disrespect to NVC enterprise.
