Vishay high density LED support lead-free reflow soldering process

Vishay Intertechnology company recently launched a high brightness SMD LED products, the device supports lead-free reflow process, and can replace the Vishay TLM series products. VLM series LED can be used for automotive dashboard, radio and switch, telecommunications system indicator and backlight, audio / video equipment, office equipment, as well as flat backlight LCD/ switch / mark backlight.

VLM LED conforms to the JEDEC-STD-020b standard, and has the same index as the TLM device, which can conveniently replace MiniLED (50mcd), PLCC-2 (240mcd) and PLCC-4 (1250mcd) TML LED. In addition, the series LED is also in line with the RoHS specification, support CECC 00802 and JEDEC-STD-020b standard IR reflow, gas phase and wave soldering process.
