Three LED epitaxy, chip development and industrialization pilot production project

After 11 months of intense construction, three LED epitaxy, chip development and industrialization project began trial production in the near future. The two phase of the project has started construction, is expected to be completed and put into operation in May 2017.

Three LED epitaxy, chip development and industrialization projects located in torch hi tech Zone in April 2014, a total investment of 10 billion yuan, the construction scale of LED blue and green wafer, chip production line 200 MOCVD, the design capacity of ultra high brightness blue and green LED epitaxial wafers 2 million 440 thousand, 51 billion 200 million chip grain. The project was listed as the 2014 major projects in Xiamen in 2015 and key projects in Xiamen. In the municipal Party committee and government's strong support, planning, land, construction and other relevant functional departments to open up a green channel for the project, the preliminary formalities. In the Torch High-tech Zone, under the relevant departments and the joint efforts of the project side, the first phase of the project started construction in May 2014, progressing smoothly.
