According to foreign media reports, recently, PHILPS lighting officially appointed Bogdan Balaci as the new general manager of southeast Europe, is responsible for Southeast European operations. The main goal is to develop PHILPS's lighting business from the strategic and operational aspects.

It is understood that Balaci graduated from the Department of physics, Bucharest University, and received a master's degree in Business Administration from the Henry School of business. Balaci has more than 15 years of management experience in the IT market, has a wealth of experience in the market and dynamic grasp. Previously, he served in senior management positions in Romania IBM, including international business manager, global technical services manager and operations manager, responsible for coordinating the overall sales activities and operations.

According to sources, he will be the headquarters of the southeast region of PHILPS lighting in Romania.
