Beijing on June 17th news, Taiwan consumer electronics manufacturers AUO is pleased to announce that the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) preliminary judgment EST on June 15th has been the chief judge in January 2012 12 endorsed, namely AUO did not infringe the patent Thomson Licensing right panel.

Article 337 of the United States prohibits any unfair trade practices or unfair trade practices in the United States to export goods to the United states.
ITC now confirmed that AUO panel display did not violate the Thomson Licensing claim any patent validity.
