Tatsu Oriental Lighting Chen Jing resigned as president Liao Jinwen

Fu financial Schindler (00515) released into the Oriental Lighting, appointed Liao Jinwen as executive director of the company, Pan Weigang, Han Peng and Pan Zhicai, Zeng Xiang as independent non executive directors. In addition, Chen Jing resigned as executive director and chairman Li Jianchao, resigned as directors and chief executive officer, Liang Hua, Li Si, Lu Zhi Zhi and Nobel work as independent non-executive directors also. These changes are effective from 5 this month.
