Taiwan lighting Committee held a seminar on LED lighting

Taiwan lighting Commission (CIE-Taiwan) on November 23-25 in CIE Lecture on 2010 "held at the color Science and Photometry for LED Lighting" international symposium.

The activities were invited to the 3 international speakers speakers, including color expert Janos Schanda, optical radiation measurement expert Yoshi Ohno, convenor of Daye Dr. (Yoshi Ohno). Yoshi Ohno introduces how LED standard color and photometry, the measurements of LED, how to measure solid state lighting and solid state lighting. ITRI measurement center official said, now the main international LED standards organizations including CIE, ISO (International Organization for Standardization), IEC (International ELectrotechnical Commission), IES (Illuminating Engineering Society) and so on. And Taiwan in December 2008 after the development of the first LED street lamp standard (CNS15233), also in 2010 officially became a member of the CIE, the future will continue to strengthen international standards to develop relevant work.
