Six giants initiated the establishment of the global alliance for interconnection lighting

The day before, a well-known lighting industry, to promote and encourage the development of open standards wireless lighting solutions, the global alliance and provide maximum Interoperability for the target was announced that Internet Alliance (The Connected Lighting Alliance lighting).

Members of the alliance are: PHILPS, GE lighting, Lu Chuang, OSRAM, Panasonic and Toshiba. The initial phase of the alliance will focus on consumer lighting applications. The alliance is an open Association. The alliance welcomes all companies and organizations who are willing to achieve their goals.

The alliance is committed to promoting the adoption and upgrading of interoperable wireless lighting solutions on a global scale. Currently, consumers are plagued by a large number of non interchangeable wireless lighting solutions on the market. The Internet lighting alliance's goal is to develop the communication through the organization and open standards and rules, to encourage the wireless lighting control ecosystem development firm (for example: the corresponding components and solutions provider), to make the wireless lighting products and solutions to achieve interoperability between, and easy to operate.
