Samsung OLED flexible display device due to quality problems postponed

Display because of quality problems, Samsung's first flexible display device has been delayed.

Days before the South Korean newspaper ETnews reported that Samsung is expected to be the first equipped with flexible display devices launched at the end of this year. Since the OLED panel is not resistant to oxygen and moisture, the packaging step is crucial for the commercial production of flexible displays. Allegedly, Samsung System (Samsung Display) is evaluating a variety of packaging technology to replace the packaging technology developed by Vitex. This is undoubtedly a bad news for samsung.

Samsung's old rival LG recently said publicly that they will launch in the year before the flexible screen smart mobile phone samsung. LG earlier received a grant from the South Korean government for the development of this new display technology.
