Plessey order Ace strong CRIUS II-XL reactor for the production of silicon based gallium nitride LED material

Ace strong Limited by Share Ltd today announced that Plessey Semiconductors Ltd to order a new MOCVD system. The order is the first of a series of 7x6 inch Plessey specifications for the CRIUS inch II-XL reactor that can be put into production at any time. These reactors will be used for the production of silicon based gallium nitride (GaN-on-Si) high brightness light emitting diode (LED) chips.
