PHILPS lighting business will go where?

With regard to the television business, PHILPS has been preparing and deploying (Figure 1). The company decided to spin off the TV business in 2011. Subsequently, with the Taiwan AOC Technology (TPV Technology) jointly set up a joint venture TV business TP Vision. And in January 2014 announced the sale of all the shares held by PHILPS TP Vision, made a substantial decision to withdraw from the television business.
