PHILPS and Schr derLED patent litigation settlement

Royal PHILPS recently announced the signing of the settlement agreement with Belgium LED Schr manufacturer der company, the end of LED lighting related pending litigation.

It is understood that earlier this year, PHILPS has been in the area of Massachusetts court Schr der the 12 LED patent infringement. These 12 patents were applied to street lights, light, household lighting products and other.

PHILPS said it would not disclose the financial details, and other terms of the settlement agreement.
