First, the concept of eye protection
The first is security: the light source should be no damage to the human eye.

Our white pigment is relatively high, so we compared them with more light tolerance. Two, evaluation index

At present, the visual comfort index (VICO) has been completed, which is an index to evaluate the effect of light on human visual fatigue, and cell viability index (CV). At present, their team is working with CSA to jointly develop the standards of the union, is a pilot group of national standards, and ongoing international standards and the International Union of industry standards proposal.
Currently on the market, Cai Jianqi think there is no real eye protection lamp! They have done 600 cases of human visual testing, including the test of Philips, Panasonic and domestic two brands, as well as a lot of people talk about Dr. Edward's lights, the results are not good. Including last week, a Xiamen Company manager said in the group made a CCFL lamp, to protect the eyes, but the results from the CCFL light source test, most of the CCFL is not as high as the LED light source. Eye care, at least it should be less than 2 of the value of VICO (slight fatigue rating), but these lights are above the value of 2.
As mentioned above, eye protection, should consider the three elements, if not considered, it is difficult to achieve this effect! LED to provide a change in the design of the light source, which is CCFL can not be achieved, for the Chinese characteristics of lighting design, Cai Jianqi think should be needed!
