OSRAM Traxon once again joins hands with Foshan Ancestral Temple to restore the glorious reappearance and cultural inheritance of millennium heritage

This year, Osram Traxon (Zhuo Sheng Lighting) once again cooperated with the Foshan Ancestral Temple to provide a new lighting upgrade for this ancient cultural heritage. Years have passed and time flies. The cooperation between OSRAM Traxon and the Ancestral Temple started in 2012. The original lighting system of the Ancestral Temple Archway was built in 2012. OSRAM Traxon donated a complete set of LED lighting systems to the Ancestral Temple and assisted in the construction and installation throughout the process, making the Ancestral Temple a "Ten Thousands of Lights" The first batch of "Green Lighting Demonstration Sites" of the LED green lighting demonstration project, and Osram Traxon was also awarded the honorary plaque of "'Ten Thousands of Billions' Demonstration Project - the Sole Sponsor of the Zumiao Landscape LED Lighting System".

This cooperation has achieved great success. The original lamps and lighting effects have been widely recognized since they were put into use in 2012. The lighting system of the ancestral temple has also been running stably for more than ten years and has been highly praised by all walks of life. Due to the aging of the equipment, the lighting equipment was replaced as it was during this renovation, which was still donated by the Foshan Lighting Association and Fang Zhuosheng Lighting, the only authorized user of the OSRAM lighting brand in China.

Now it is time to replace and upgrade the lamps. The lighting upgrade requirements for ancient buildings are extremely stringent. After more than ten years of stable operation, the OSRAM Traxon lighting system's excellent product capabilities and quality have been highly recognized by the leaders of the ancestral temple, restoration experts, and the Foshan Lighting Association. It is an honor to once again provide lighting solutions for this most difficult and demanding archway renovation project. This cooperation will further enhance the lighting effect of the ancestral temple and continue the glory of the thousand-year-old temple.

Eleven years ago, OSRAM Traxon added a touch of brilliance to the archway lighting project of Foshan Ancestral Temple. Lighting challenges of ancient cultural relics buildings, perfect presentation under high requirements

Foshan Ancestral Temple is an ancient temple and cultural attraction with a history of thousands of years, built in the Yuanfeng period of the Northern Song Dynasty. It is one of the landmarks with the most historical and cultural value in Foshan City, displaying the history, culture and traditional art of the Lingnan region.

The Ancestral Temple Archway was built in the sixth year of Tianqi in the Ming Dynasty and has a history of nearly 400 years. The Ancestral Temple Archway was originally the building of the "Ancestral Hall of Li Gong who joined the army" in Chongqing Lane, Zhaxia. Li Canjun is Li Shunru (also known as Li Haowen), the brother of Li Daiwen, a famous person in Foshan. Because Li Daiwen is also enshrined in the Canjun Temple, there are two identical archways. In 1960, the Li Canjun Temple was demolished. One of the two archways was placed in Foshan Zhongshan Park, and the other was moved here because the ancestral temple opened up a park. Later, the word "ancestral temple" was written on it and became the Foshan ancestral temple archway.

During the installation of lamps in the ancestral temple, Osram Traxon faced the challenge of a tight construction schedule. Through close collaboration with the relevant staff of the Zumiao, starting from the scheme design, after intensive discussions and in-depth research, Osram Traxon formulated a plan and quickly customized and produced the products, ensuring high-quality and customized results and efficiently arranging the construction work. In less than three weeks, Osram Traxon completed the entire project process from planning to implementation. The success of this cooperation is the result of the collective efforts of all parties, and also injects more vitality and efficiency into the lighting project of the Zumiao.
