OSRAM, TOYOTA LED expansion of the scope of cooperation

OSRAM 7, released the news that the company has expanded with Japan's TOYOTA synthesis (Toyoda Gosei) Company in 2007 signed a patent agreement, the original agreement allows both sides will use some of the LED technology, including white LED and laser technology.
