Not listed in the United States? Crystal energy 51% shares to be acquired

Downwind clean energy (01165.HK) announced that the acquisition of 51% of the issued shares of the crystal energy group has entered into a memorandum of understanding, proposed the cost of the acquisition should be paid by the company and the issuance of new shares by way of payment.

The group is mainly engaged in the production of LED chip products which can be widely used in general lighting, display, LCD backlight and industrial fields. Crystal optoelectronic group is a silicon substrate GaN epitaxial growth and chip processing technology is a world-class leader, is the world's first production of high power, high performance silicon substrate LED chip company.

In July 2014, latticepower CEO Wang Min said the company recently will examine the American market and plans to build factories, because of Hongkong's high-tech sector is small, so the companies listed in the U.S., capital can flow to the creative area.
