NVC announced that the company plans to further implement the strategic development of LED products, the board has approved the company and major shareholders Guangdong Elec-Tech appliances to establish a joint venture in China, engaged in LED product packaging business.
The proposed joint venture is expected to total investment of about 80 million yuan, the company will invest 49%, Elec-Tech will invest 51%.
