According to the "Office of the State Council on the establishment of the government system of compulsory procurement of energy-saving products of the notice" (Guo Ban Fa 2007 No. 51) regulations, the People's Republic of China Ministry of finance, the national development and Reform Commission on the "energy-saving products in government procurement list" (hereinafter referred to as the "energy list") has been adjusted. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Three, please list of energy-saving manufacturers involved in the publicity during the landing of the China Quality Certification Center website () energy-saving products government procurement inventory management system, to complete the following work:

Five, in the government procurement activities, where the occurrence of manufacturers and their agents do not accept the invitation to participate in government procurement activities, included in the list of energy-saving products can not be normal delivery and other violations of the "undertaking" content circumstances, the purchaser and other related parties shall promptly report the situation to the Ministry of finance to reflect. After verification by the Ministry of finance, according to the specific circumstances of the case, the manufacturer to make a record of bad behavior in the supplier, to suspend the inclusion of energy bills three months to two years of treatment.
