Macroblock LED driver provides silent error detection

MBI5039 is a 16 channel constant current LED driver with accurate error detection capabilities. MBI5039 supports a constant output current from 3 mA to 90 mA, and the output is maintained at 17 V. High clock frequency (30 MHz) to meet the needs of large data transmission. MBI5039 has two kinds of error detection functions: "error detection in information" and "silent error detection". In addition, the MBI5039 provides a 64 step programmable current gain for LED brightness and uniformity regulation. The MBI5039 also features a fast output current response, minimum output pulse at 35 ns, which greatly enhances the visual refresh rate of grayscale and LED displays.

MBI5039 Macroblock patented Share-I-O technology can be directly replaced by MBI5025/MBI5026/ MBI5027/ MBI5028 / MBI5029. When the full LED display and real-time online error reporting are achieved, the MBI5039 enhances the display quality and reduces the maintenance cost.
