After two years of unremitting research, with independent intellectual property rights of major scientific and technological projects in Zhejiang province semiconductor lighting technology, the key technology of high power LED and the development of the benchmark system success.
Semiconductor lighting (LED) is an international frontier and new lighting technology, is considered to be a new generation of light source in twenty-first Century, with energy saving, environmental protection, long service life and other outstanding advantages. LED latest efficiency has reached 8 times the incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp of 3 times. Acceptance group of experts said that the image, such as LED replace all incandescent and partially replace fluorescent lamps, lighting energy saving of up to 100 billion degrees per year, which is equivalent to the total amount of investment in the Three Gorges project. Therefore, Europe and the United States and other developed countries have started the national LED project, the full development of related technologies.
However, due to the special optical and electrical properties of LED, it brings great challenges to the researchers in the field of precision measurement and quality measurement. At present, the measurement error of the international LED terminal application is more than 10%, which has become the target of various countries.
Zhejiang Provincial Department of science and technology in a timely deployment of high-power LED key detection technology and the development of the benchmark system, the key project, Zhejiang University optical and Hangzhou far Photoelectric Information Co., Ltd. to undertake this task. After two years of research, the current problems of the project involved have been cracked, the accurate measurement, dynamic LED flux LED flux analysis and LED spatial color distribution technology applied for a national patent, LED standard calibration source technology has reached the international advanced level, the light distribution of products have been included in the 2006 National Ministry of science and technology the new product, the benchmark system has already been adopted by the Provincial Bureau of technical supervision and multinational companies, and exported to Europe and the United states.
Acceptance of the expert said that the successful development of the project marks the basic construction of LED industry in China an important step forward, after the United States, Germany, Japan and Britain fifth have independent intellectual property rights of the state of the project.
