According to the Municipal Construction Committee, responsible person, the new version of the directory, bagged cement (except special cement), inflatable gypsum board, incandescent lamp and a number of environmental protection, high energy consumption and short service life of building materials and equipment are included in the prohibition of the use of building materials and equipment list, will bid farewell to Beijing construction stage. The new directory will be formally implemented from 1 next month, when these materials will be banned in the construction project. This also means that since May 1st, the project developers to provide decoration, rough and refined decoration housing, building materials are not environmental protection can no longer use incandescent lamps, such as bagged cement.

The official said, for the use of bagged cement, if it is used for home decoration, due to law enforcement more difficult, is a personal act, so the use of home decoration materials are not mandatory in accordance with the directory requirements.
