Intelligent lighting may be the New York stock exchange delisting

Shaile lighting (NYSEAmex:CIL) (Huizhou NIVs group's modern lighting company) announced the hiring of FriedmanLLP ("Friedman") for the appointment of a new independent registered public accounting firm. According to the letter of appointment, Friedman will review the company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010 and December 31, 2009. In addition, the special investigation committee of the company has hired CozenO'Connor LLP as its independent legal counsel, assist the investigation. As previously reported, the board has set up a special investigation committee to investigate the allegations contained in the resignation of former auditor MaloneBaileyLLP ("MaloneBailey").
