ITRI sued LG for infringement

Recently, with more than 14 thousand patents in the United States of Dezhou Thailand Building Research Institute (Tyler) of the federal court, Le Jin (LG) proposed four tell. ITRI's allegedly infringing on mobile phone, air conditioning, Blu ray disc and LCD TV and other 22 U.S. patents.

The industry believes that the Taiwan government was prepared with the society power, set up intellectual property fund company, initially locked notebook computer (NB), organic light emitting diode (LED) and the mobile phone industry three enterprises through joint exchange of patent, or to the Taiwan science institutions to buy intellectual property etc., strengthen the patent in the ensuing lineup against patent infringement war. This will be the touchstone of LG Taiwan and South Korea patent war.
