Hikvision and Haijia Group reach strategic cooperation

Recently, the LED display industry has received a major piece of cooperation news: Hikvision and Haijia Group have officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement.

This cooperation covers multiple dimensions such as technological collaboration, market interoperability, supply chain complementarity and service system co-construction.

Judging from the content of the cooperation, both parties mainly focus on in-depth resource binding based on their respective core strengths. Hikvision will open the full range of LED control system products to Haijia Group, and provide technical training, marketing and 7×24-hour after-sales support based on the "Yunmi" platform. In exchange, Haijia Group will rely on its layout in the upstream LED industry to provide Hikvision with core components such as PCBs and lamp beads, as well as corresponding manufacturing and quality control capabilities.

This cooperation model reflects the current competitive logic change in the LED display market: Hikvision, as a leader in the field of intelligent Internet of Things and security, has a strong say in image processing algorithms, control systems and government and enterprise channels, but it does not have large-scale manufacturing and cost control of LED upstream components. Non-traditional strengths; Haijia Group has upstream supply chain manufacturing and quality control capabilities such as PCBs, lamp beads, and accessories. It can provide Hikvision with high-quality core components, ensure display product stability and supply chain reliability from the source, and effectively solve the stability and long-term reliability of product delivery.

In terms of market layout, the two parties announced that they will coordinate layout for customer groups such as channel distribution, engineering integration, government and enterprise projects, and jointly build an industry communication platform.

Public information shows that Haijia Group currently has a marketing network covering 31 provinces across the country and more than 120 brand operators, while Hikvision has a deep accumulation of government and enterprise projects in To G and To B aspects such as public security, transportation, and energy. The superposition of the two channels is expected to form stronger packaging and delivery capabilities in high-end display and control scenarios such as smart cities and command and control centers.
