In terms of forward-looking layout of Mini LED technology, Refond Optoelectronics and TCL are almost at the same pace. In 2016, Refond Optoelectronics established a Mini LED related technology research and development team, established a sample production line in 2017, and successively developed ultra-fine pitch products such as P0.9 and P0.6 as well as ultra-fine pitch products such as P0.4 and P0.3, and has cooperated with customers to participate in industry exhibitions many times.

At the 2019 CES exhibition, TCL exhibited the 118-inch 4K TV wall "The Cinema Wall". The product adopts a modular design. The 118-inch reaches 4K resolution and is composed of 24 million pixels. The pixel pitch is as small as 0.6mm and the contrast ratio is as high as 1 million:1. It can easily realize a home-level large-screen theater.
Ruifeng Optoelectronics provides a complete set of Micro/Mini display module solutions for this product. It was the mini LED display module solution with the smallest dot pitch density in China at that time, P0.68mm. It has the characteristics of wide color gamut, high color purity, and true color reproduction.

TCL X11 QD-Mini LED smart screen is equipped with the third generation QD-Mini LED technology, which combines the advantages of MiniLED and QLED quantum dot technology. Through 2304 quantum dot light control partitions, it achieves 2000nits brightness and 10 million:1 dynamic contrast ratio, plus 157% color gamut coverage, becoming the ceiling of a new generation of TV picture quality.
This series is available in 3 sizes, 65”/75”/85”. Ruifeng Optoelectronics provides Mini LED backlight panels to help achieve the product’s ultra-high contrast, ultra-high brightness, ultra-high color gamut, ultra-long life, and restore the natural beauty.

The new generation of TCL Lingyao QD-Mini LED TV X11G has redefined the picture quality ceiling in 2023 with its record-breaking "Double 5000". It is the world's first "Double 5000" standard QD-Mini LED TV with XDR 5000nits peak brightness and 5184 partition quantum dot point control Pro. It has an ultra-high contrast ratio of 50 million:1, etc.
TCL X11G is equipped with a Mini LED backlight module with 5184 partitions provided by Ruifeng Optoelectronics, which takes the characteristics of precise controllability and high brightness of Mini LED backlight to an unprecedented level.

At the 2023 CES show, TCL released the new QM850G series of products. Among them, the high-end QM850G series products are up to 98 inches in size and use MiniLED backlight, with a peak brightness of up to 3000nit and about 5000 partition backlights.
The QM850G series is equipped with Mini LED backlight panels produced by Ruifeng Optoelectronics. The QM8 series 85-inch screen has as many as 2,304 partitions, and the peak brightness will be twice that of the 2022 model, achieving precise backlight control to output high-quality images.
In addition to the above cases, Ruifeng Optoelectronics has also assisted TCL in launching large-size TV backlights such as the Q10H series, all of which have been mass-produced. Ruifeng Optoelectronics optimizes the cost from the solution to help customers improve the product's excellent image quality experience, while making Mini LED more affordable in the commercial field, making the product more competitive.
