GT Solar announced the formal entry into the LED material business, and expand cooperation with Taiwan LED manufacturers

Recently, GT Solar announced that it will add led sapphire substrate related business, and expand cooperation with Taiwan factory.

GT Solar official said, the company will cut LED sapphire substrate related equipment, and through investment Crystal Systems production LED sapphire substrate, GT Solar is responsible for the relevant business of sapphire substrate, crystal growth furnace production since 2011, and with the cooperation of Taiwan LED factory.
