GE announced 2014 fourth quarter earnings LED lighting up by 7

Recently, the United States General Electric (GE) announced the 2014 fourth quarter earnings. Fourth quarter revenue of $42 billion 4 million (equivalent to about RMB 262 billion 315 million yuan), an increase of 4% over the same period last year, net profit of $5 billion 152 million (equivalent to about RMB 32 billion 174 million yuan), an increase of 61% over last year.

The report shows that in the fourth quarter of 2014, household appliances and lighting division revenues of $2 billion 310 million (about 14 billion 426 million yuan), an increase of 5% over the same period last year; profit of $188 million (about 1 billion 174 million yuan), an increase of 32%. As can be seen from figure 72%, the fourth quarter, home appliance revenue growth of 8%; lighting revenue decreased by 1%, which, LED lighting grew by, while the traditional lighting fell by 15%. In addition, at present, LED lighting has accounted for 27% of GE lighting, compared to the same period last year was 16%.
